Supervisors need tools to view the statuses of their employees. This is where the 'Employee Statuses page comes into play. This page gives supervisors a quick view of their employee's statuses. This page will automatically refresh every minute to pull in new data and recalculate status durations. The 'Employee Statuses' page contains the following fields:

  • Employee Name: This is the name of the employee.

  • Status: This is the employee status. The field will display the following statuses:

    • Indirect: This status indicates that an employee is currently in Indirect and will display in yellow.

    • On Break: This status indicates that an employee is currently On Break and will display in red.

    • Running Job: This status indicates that an employee is currently running a job and will display in green.

    • Running Machine: This status indicates that an employee is currently running a machine transaction and will display in blue.

    • Shift Started: This status indicates that an employee has started a shift in and does not have any transactions in process, this will display in gray.

  • Duration: This is the duration of time the employee has been in a particular status.

  • Note: This will display the job, suffix, and operation an employee is working on if the Status is a job status.
