The Efficiency By Day dashboard displays a bar chart with a goal line showing the efficiency by day. The bar is the efficiency percentage for the day and the line is the goal efficiency percentage. The efficiency is calculated by comparing the time all employees were clocked in, to the time employees spent on jobs for each day. This dashboard defaults to a date range of 7 days, the last day being the current day. The time frame and goal can be adjusted by following the steps outlined here.
The Efficiency By Day dashboard has the following global filter parameters that can be set to open or close the range beyond what is initially set at load time.
-
Start Date: The start date for the date range. Default is the previous 6 days.
-
End Date: The end date for the date range. Default is the current day.
-
Efficiency Goal: The goal line for daily efficiency. Default is 85.
-
Use Clock: This can be toggled on and off if clock transactions are being used in Manufacturing Hub.
Note: Manufacturing Hub must be fully configured in Prophecy before this dashboard will display any data.
