The Supervisor area provides supervisors with a way to keep track of the jobs their employees have in process, the statuses of their employees, manage employee permissions, manage employee teams, and send workstation alerts. To access the Supervisor area, the user must either be set up as an admin in Prophecy or be set up as a Supervisor in Shop Floor Pro.
There is a menu located in the top left corner of the page. This menu has the following navigation options available:

In Process Jobs: The In Process Jobs page will show a list of all jobs that are in process for the employees that are assigned to the supervisor. If logged in as an admin, then this list will show all jobs in the process.

Employee Statuses: The Employee Statuses page will show a list of all active employees that are assigned to the logged-in supervisor, as well as the statuses of the employees. If logged in as an admin, then this list will show all active employee statuses.

Manage Employees: This page allows supervisors or admins to Manage Employee permissions as well as set up default Work Centers for employees.

Manage Teams: This page allows supervisors or admins to create and manage teams of employees.

Send Alerts: This page allows supervisors or admins to send alerts to Shop Floor Pro Workstations.
