When first loading Shop Floor Pro, the employee is prompted to select a 'Workstation'. The 'Workstation' concept is twofold, Workstations are used to identify the area where the work is being performed and are also used as a licensing component. At least one 'Workstation' must be created before Shop Floor Pro will allow an employee to perform any transactions. Workstations can be created in the in the Admin Section by anyone that has Admin privileges in Prophecy.

By default, a Prophecy installation will come with licensing for ten Workstations. Additional Workstations can be purchased in groups of five for any additional Workstations that may be necessary to your operation. Additional licensing can be purchased by emailing sales@prophecyiot.com or by directly contacting your sales consultant or implementation engineer.
