The Labor Total dashboard displays a bar showing a comparison between the total time employees spent on jobs for the set time frame to the total time employees spent on shifts for the set time frame. This dashboard defaults to a date range of 7 days, the last day being the current day. The time frame can be adjusted by following the steps outlined here.

The Labor Total dashboard has the following global filter parameters that can be set to open or close the range beyond what is initially set at load time.

  • Start Date: The start date for the date range. Default is the previous 6 days.

  • End Date: The end date for the date range. Default is the current day.

  • Efficiency Goal: The goal line for daily efficiency. Default is 85.

  • Use Clock: This can be toggled on and off if clock transactions are being used in Shop Floor Pro.

Note: Shop Floor Pro must be fully configured in Prophecy before this dashboard will display any data.
