Supervisors need tools to view the jobs their employees have in process. This is where the 'In Process Jobs' page comes into play. This page gives supervisors the ability to see what jobs their employees have in process as well as how long they have been running. This page will automatically refresh every minute to pull in new data and recalculate actual times. The 'In Process Jobs' page contains the following fields:

  • Job: The job that the employee or team has in process.

  • Suffix: The suffix of the job that the employee or team has in process.

  • Op: The job operation that the employee or team has in process.

  • Item: The item for the job the employee or team has in process.

  • Status: The status of the job and operation.

  • Quantity: The quantity of the job and operation the employee or team has in process.

  • Completed: The quantity that has been completed against the job and operation.

  • Moved: The quantity that has been moved for the job and operation.

  • Scrapped: The quantity that has been scrapped for the job and operation.

  • Expected: The expected time for the job and operation. This is calculated by dividing the pieces per hour from the ERP system by the quantity received for the operation.

  • Actual: This is accumulative of all transactions over time for a job and operation. If this time is less than or equal to the Expected time, then the field will have a green background. Otherwise, the background will be red.

  • Employee/Team: This will display the name of the employee or the name of the team if the job is a team job.
