The Production Data Report displays data related to throughput captured over the last 7 days in Shop Floor Pro. This report can be filtered by date, operation complete, and by job.

The Production Data Report has the following global filter parameters that can be set to open or close the range beyond what is initially set at load time.

  • Start Date: The start date for the date range. Default is the previous 6 days.

  • End Date: The end date for the date range. Default is the current day.

  • Parts Per Day Goal: The goal line for daily efficiency. Default is 100.

Note: Shop Floor Pro must be fully configured in Prophecy before this report will display any data.

Summary Grid

The Summary Grid displays totals based on the information in the Main Grid and will automatically update based on filter criteria.

  • Total PPPH: This is the total planned parts per hour. The sum of all the planned parts per hour in the Main Grid.

  • Total APPH: This is the total actual parts per hour. The sum of all the actual parts per hour in the Main Grid. This contains a conditional format. If the actual parts per hour is greater than or equal to the planned parts per hour, the background will display in green, if less than the planned parts per hour, this will display in red. Reference Conditional Formatting to adjust or change these values.

  • Total Hours Planned: The sum of all planned hours from the Main Grid.

  • Total Actual Hours: The sum of all planned hours from the Main Grid. This contains a conditional format. If the total actual hours are less than or equal to the total planned hours, the background will display in green, if less than the total planned hours, this will display in red. Reference Conditional Formatting to adjust or change these values.

  • Total Released: The sum of all released quantities for the jobs in the Main Grid.

  • Total Move (Job): The sum of all moves at the last job operation for the filtered time period.

  • Total Complete (Job): The sum of all completions at the last job operation for the filtered time period.

  • Daily Scrap: The sum of all scrap quantities in the Main Grid for the filtered time period.

  • Average Yield: The average Yield from the Main Grid. This contains a conditional format. If the Yield% is greater than or equal to 85%, the background will display in green if less than 85% and greater than or equal to 75%,it will display in yellow, if less than 75%, it will display in red. Main Grid

The Main Grid displays a summary of all the data below on a per day, job, suffix, and operation basis.

  • Date: The date the data is aggregated for.

  • Job: The job for the line.

  • Suffix: The suffix for the job line.

  • Operation: The operation for the line.

  • Work Center: The work center for the line.

  • PPPH: The planned parts per hour for the date, job, suffix, and operation. Planned parts per hour are typically set in the ERP system.

  • APPH: The actual parts per hour for the job, suffix, and operation. This is calculated by dividing the total parts completed (including scrap) at the operation by the total time spent on the operation. If the actual parts per hour are greater than or equal to the planned parts per hour, the text will display in green if, less than the planned parts per hour, the text will display red.   • Hours Planned: The total hours planned for the job, suffix, and operation.

  • Actual Hours: The total time spent on the job, suffix, and operation. If the actual hours are greater than or equal to the planned hours, the text will display in green, if less than the planned hours, the text will display in red. Reference Conditional Formatting to adjust or change these values.

  • Received: The quantity received for the job, suffix, and operation.

  • Moved: The quantity moved for the job, suffix, and operation.

  • Complete: The quantity complete for the job, suffix, and operation.

  • Scrapped: The quantity scrapped for the job, suffix, and operation.

  • Op Complete: Indicates whether or not the operation has been set as complete.

  • Yield: The yield percentage for the job, suffix, and operation. If the Yield% is greater than or equal to 85%, the background will display in green, if less than 85% and greater than or equal to 75%,it will display in yellow, if less than 75%, it will display in red.
